Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bradford Fitness ("Bradford Fitness," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with The Bradford System — our year-round conjugate training platform for coaches (the "Service"), available at app.bradfordfit.com and get.bradfordfit.com.

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who the Service is for

The Service is designed for coaches and trainers, who must be at least 18 years old. Only coaches create accounts. Athletes — including minors — do not create accounts and do not interact with the Service directly. See "Children and minor-athlete data" below for how information about athletes is handled.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Training data you enter

As you use the Service, you may record training information — completed sets, logged weights, times, or notes. This training data is stored locally on your own device (in your browser) and is not, in the current version, uploaded to our servers or associated with a named athlete. Cloud sync and per-athlete rosters are planned future features; if and when they launch, this Policy will be updated before they collect additional data.

Information collected automatically

Like most online services, our hosting and infrastructure providers may log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security, performance, and abuse prevention. The Service does not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

3. How we use information

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses browser local storage and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function — for example, to keep you signed in and to save your in-progress workout data on your device. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can clear this data through your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out and remove locally saved training data.

6. Children and minor-athlete data

The Service is intended for coaches aged 18 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for, or knowingly collect personal information directly from, children under 13.

Because the Service is a coaching tool, a coach may choose to record training information that relates to athletes, some of whom may be minors. Where that occurs, the coach is responsible for having any legally required permissions (for example, parental or school consent) to record and use that information, and for handling it appropriately. In the current version, any such training notes remain on the coach's device rather than in our cloud systems.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, or if you are a parent, guardian, or school and have questions about a coach's use of athlete data, contact us at carl@bradfordfit.com and we will respond appropriately.

7. Data retention

We keep account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Training data stored on your device remains until you clear it or your browser removes it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections, a passwordless sign-in model, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any right, email us at carl@bradfordfit.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. You can also close your account at any time from your account menu, and you may cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

10. Where we operate

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
